My name Melissa and some people refer to me as Mel. I have over 20 + years in the hair industry. I've been trained and certified in multiple hair needs and enjoy using my knowledge to create exactly what my clients are envisioning when they sit down in my chair. I also want to be the reason you wear a smile.

Cancellation Policy

Here at Mel B Styling, I value the time I spend with with my clients, but I do understand that life happens. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. The salon phone number is available for both calls andes texting. Cancellations: For an appointment that is 1-3 hours duration, I require a minimum 24 hours notice for cancellation. For an appointment that exceeds 3 hours, I require a minimum 48 hours notice for cancellation. A charge of 50% of the total service/s scheduled will apply to appointments cancelled after the required time frames (the 24 and 48 hour requirements). Missed appointments: My “No Show” policy applies when a guest misses their appointment without notification or contacting me. If you do not contact me or no-show for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total appointment cost to compensate for the lost time. We reserve the right to decline requests from guests who have missed multiple appointments. If you have missed 2 appointments, you may only book future services by paying a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service scheduled. The deposit will be credited to your appointment total at checkout. If you miss your appointment, or cancel after the required time frame, your deposit will be forfeit. Late arrivals: I do my utmost to respect your time. Therefore, I endeavor to maintain a timely schedule and not run late. I may need to reschedule a guests’ service/s when they arrive more then 15 minutes late for their appointment so that I can offer timely services to each guest. In the event that I am still able to accommodate you, a $25 late fee will be added to your service total. Thank you for your understanding!
